When A Number Looks Wrong

These details let us rebuild the result you saw and check it against the rules:

• The link from Copy link under the result. It carries your CTC, city and settings, so we see what you saw.
• The financial year, and any option you changed under "Make it exact".
• Which line differs: PF, professional tax, income tax or the monthly total.
• The figure you expected, and where it came from: your payslip, your HR team or a government page.

You do not need to send a payslip. If you do, cover your name, employee ID and bank details first.

What Happens Next

Zishan Khan checks the figure against the rules on the methodology page. If the calculator is wrong, we fix it and record the change there. If your payslip differs because of how your employer structures pay or deducts tax, we say what most likely explains the gap. We cannot advise on your own tax return.
